
For our 50th Reunion site, we will offer drinkware options, especially alternatives to single-use plastic cups that have historically been thrown away by the thousands at Reunions. Below are some new options for our 50th Reunion.
Cups
Collapsible Cup - Reusable
Made of food-grade silicone rubber. Collapses to less than 2 cm height. Lumi Cups - Recyclable
These cups are made of aluminum which can be recycled with aluminum cans in a regular recycling program. The cups can be used, rinsed, reused then recycled. 16 oz. The Sustainability Committee will provide these at our Reunions site. Aluminum is one of the most sustainable materials on earth. It can be recycled infinitely without any loss of quality. Earth Cups - Compostable
Earth Cups is a brand of "compostable" bioplastic single-use cups. The cups are made of Polylactic Acid ("PLA") a synthetic plastic made from corn starch. The material can be collected and decomposed in a special industrial facility. Earth Cups has provided cups to Princeton Reunions in 2023 and 2024. 16 oz.
